Bargaining Update #15

In today’s session, there was some good discussion with the NNU passing proposals on management rights related to notice of policy changes, scheduling, extra-service pay (ESP) in lieu of comp time for salaried nurses, In-House Registry (IHR), and floating. And UCMC passing an economic counter-proposal related to wage grids, ESP for salaried nurses, and uniform vouchers, and counter-proposals related to the time and attendance policy and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE).
